They always pay above the market at your location and equity portion is decent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview goes both ways, you need to like the company where you'd see yourself in future and CK does great job on explaining culture and benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been working at this company for more than a year and I have never seen a company in my decade of experience, which cares so much about employees as this one. They go and beyond for employees and do right by their employees. Huge respect to Exec team.
