No silly word games. We focus on practical exercises that allow us to explore the breadth of a candidates experience and capabilities without getting caught up in their ability to work on trick questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
How excited our members are about our products and services. I've never worked for a company where people I meet are _thrilled_ with what we offer - 99.9% of the time I hear "I LOVE CREDIT KARMA" when strangers learn where I work.
