What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits and time-off. They care about giving you time for your family outside of your regular PTO.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the members, interacting with team members and finding out about all the awesome new things to come with the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked real life questions and asked fro examples of actual situations on how to deal with particular situations or people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of family. Being comfortable with being able to go to a team member or leadership member and not feel judged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They ensure any issues that we may have are addressed right away whether it is personal or not. They work quickly to assist in any issues we may have work related. They assist in providing tools for us to do our job effective and efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great communication. We work together to resolve issues we are working on even if it isn't a case we are personally working. Also, everyone has a great sense of humor and will not allow you to have a bad day. (Money Team is awesome)
