that we have two reviews of comp a year to assess how our comps compare to market. If the market indicates a higher pay, we honor that based on how we evaluate comp
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've always appreciated the thoughtfulness and transparency shared by the leadership team which happens regularly and on a good routine cadence. I feel supported and up to date on Credit Karma in the news. The leadership team seems to genuinely care about employee wellbeing and it shows.
