There is no benefit to be here multi years there needs to be yearly raises

there is no raises years of service dont mean anything . The bonus plan is not fair some people make great money and some make nothing

my account manager said i do account manager level work but i am still a JAM and paid like a JAM. Feel this is unfair considering other JAMs making same or more are doing a light workload

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the things that sets CCH apart from other locum companies is its culture. A culture that puts people first, which is proven in the tenure we have of our employees across brands.
