I think Cross Country is an amazing company to work for. I love the diversity, inclusion, and family orientated company culture. I do wish there was better work-life balance though, and less stress.

I enjoy being productive and don't mind the work that I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there when I need them. They have an excellent open door policy. They are very supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I should make at least $25 per hour or more for the high volume of work which is required in my role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that Cross Country believes in a culturally diverse work environment. I love that they hire many different cultures of people. It shows how much they embrace unity. I love it!
