I was able to jump into work and luckily I am self motivated and was able to get necessary Onboarding intros and work completed top help me succeed

Positive. I am approaching my one year anniversary with Cross Country and I look forward to 2023. I view Cross Country as my forever work home.

Approachable demeanor, transparency of company direction, they trust in my capabilities, they do not micromanage me, I am appreciated for what I contribute to this company, and they are my biggest fans.

We thrive when we work together. We get excited about accomplishing or goals and tasks. We can trust one another and run things by each other to ensure we put our best work out there. We genuinely want to see one another be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company's culture is a large factor that played in to my accepting a position here. Communication and engagement are huge, but also things as simple as saying thank you, or escorting you to show you something or introduce you to someone. The personal touch is a big deal.

I am a nurse. Once a nurse always a nurse. I have worked in positions from bedside, to hospital leadership and Cross Country wants to be a part of a proactive solution in the future of our Healthcare as a whole, not just the staffing portion. I get to wake up every day and work on innovative soluti
