Quarterly lay offs are making everyone nervous about their jobs. After a year plus of this, it is hard to feel positive about a future here.

We support each other and help eachother. We have a professional, but friendly team dynamic

I appreciate the confidence the CHRO has in us as employees and how he encourages us to learn and grow
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new skills, teamwork and being valued for my skils and talents. The balance between teamwork and being independent also makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Professional, but friendly work environment. The fact that health and family come first - this allows me to put my best energy into work!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel challenged and I do not feel my supervisor keeps me up to date on information I need to do my job. I also don't feel like my manager is coaching me to move forward in my role at cross country
