enegaging in communciating and evaluating oppoortunity to acprure Margket Shere. Sales leadership has been trmendous in the past couple of years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definatley feel undervalued and unappreciated for the record breaking records i and my team have done. Compensation for accounts that direct AMs lose to MSP should be given. Better management that is nutrel and doesnt play favorites with team members.
