Based on comparatives in the south Florida market, I believe our STI and LTI plans are low.

Ability to express my concerns and be respected. Ability to be rewarded when I produce opportunities for the company.

They are truly invested in the success of our company, but still respect the level of effort it takes for back office employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When compared to the local market, our vacation, STI and LTI are low. Further, again when compared to the local market, we don't compare with severance agreements.
