How positive everyone is and how everyone seems to be cohesive.

The flexibility and helping others get jobs! I can change their life!

Currently not getting commission but I feel the base salary is decent and a great start.

Flexibility and knowing I make a difference. I love talking to candidates who are starting a new journey/opportunity and knowing I get to help with that process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working remote and knowing that I can work after hours or finish up on things after hours. That also accommodates with some of the clients or candidates needs as far as time + day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how my manager supports me and gives me the tools I need to succeed. I feel comfortable asking for help or getting her input. I know she has my best interest and wants me to thrive!
