Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience at the company has been pretty good. Getting to start as an Assoc recruiter and move into a full time recruiter. I got the opportunity to learn a lot from coworker. It had been an amazing work experience! I have had a few hiccups but overall, it's ok.

the volunteer day - I have never had a company offer that
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we can all laugh with and at each other at times
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like family, we bounce ideas off one another or assist with one another's book in need of an emergency.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My recruiting manager is wonderful. I feel she is always making sure we are ok mentally and stepping in when it is needed. She is motivating and always gives 100%.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have reviewed other companies and I feel they may more. I try and work extremely hard, but I feel like it's more so a "who you know or what you can do" type of position. People are rewarded if they make the company money.
