What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is business driven, the environment is all about work and outcomes. Not much time to create a culture within departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job description only shares minimal work duties. The position itself is very stressful, demanding, one has to juggle many projects at once and the steps or processes are not clear. Leadership seems to be on a different page and lack structure to new processes roll outs.
