Overall, working at CrossCountry has been a great experience. I wok under strong, smart women leaders. I look forward to learning from them and growing in this company. I do however feel there should be more skip level meetings so leadership can get unbiased feedback from their employess.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I go above and beyond my job title and feel that I should be compensated for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers make the day fly by. We are always busy but work well together and are very productive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the personal relationship I have with them. Deena and Jennifer make an effort to reach out and make sure you are OK not only as an employee but as an individual.
