It again does not matter, I prefer to keep to myself and just do the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, everyone feels they are undervalued. Paying fair compensation is only part of it, showing everyone they are valued is more than just saying it actions do speak louder than words. giving people things like hats are a waste of resources, give people bonuses instead.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the employees who actually do the work, instead of focusing on systems that do not cater to everyone or make the jobs harder to do because of lack of training. Just because something is designed for one side of business does not mean it will work for everyone.
