What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My manager does seem genuinely invested in my career growth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I make slightly better than average pay, but I could get better health benefits on the marketplace. And "earning" a maximum of 5 weeks parental leave is a joke, when the industry standard is 6 weeks minimum.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are generally industrious and friendly, willing to give a helping hand. There are, however, people who insert themselves into conversations just to hear themselves talk and/or prove they're contributing when all they're really doing is wasting time.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Replicon is a waste of time - a thinly-veiled attempt at micromanagement. Successful tech companies set reasonable, explicit targets for their workforce to attain in a specific timeframe, and don't overly concern themselves with the day-to-day of how workers get that done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CCH wants to pivot into being a tech company, but has clearly not taken the time to do a market analysis on how to attract top tech talent. Other tech companies offer similar pay, but blow us out of the water with their benefits.
