The flexibility and work/life balance! That's huge in my opinion.

I Think the PTO is pretty standard but fair. I really like that CCH is proactive in Employees health with providing services like WW and Burnalong
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm the newest member of the team despite being at the company for over 2 years. My team is very knowledgeable and and always willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and personable. If I ever have any question on a task or project they always make time to meet and make sure I understand the ask.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come up with a solution to a problem. It might take me a little while to figure it out but it feels so good to accomplish it
