What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best I've ever had. They are all smart individuals that know how to work independently and efficiently together. They know when to ask for help and I can trust them with relaying tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid regardless of having a Master's and experience. The team I manage is understaffed and benefits could be more affordable. Getting paid according to market, obtaining approval for another team member and having more affordable medical insurance would make feel more valued.
