I've been here for 7 years and have received 1 pay raise, I've always been a top performer with no disciplinary issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
more work/life balance feel chained to a desk the constant negativity about revenue - we can only do what we can do. cannot force people to work. take contracts. pick up the phone.
