What makes you most happy at work?

My immediate co-workers are the reason I show up.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We do what we can to raise each other up - EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rate increase. The company has no problem piling on more work and making unrealistic goals for the CRSs but there as not been a rate increase in years. Not even cost of living.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My immediate co-workers. I have never been in a group that cares so much for the well-being of each other. That is the reason I am still here. Unfortunately, that reason is not enough to keep me from looking for a change.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop piling work on CRSs, rate increase for CRSs, get the specific departments to do their jobs (payroll, credentialling) so the CRSs can spend more of their time doing their own. Stop announcing how much more revenue the company is bringing in while still failing to give cost of living increases.
