From day one, I knew I would more than likely work for CC until retirement. Its a great place to work with wonderful ppl that truly are there to help.

Its all-inclusive. I don't think anyone should ever feel left out

Seeing my coworkers. Being able to provide positive and memorable interactions with our injured employees..

Being able to reach out to my manager whenever things become too overwhelming. She is always there to help.

I am treated with respect. My thoughts are valued, and I am made to feel a part of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think over the years medical benefits have become more important to me. I would like to see more options for employees of my age.

the coworkers are great, anytime I need help, I can reach out to anyone, and they will drop whatever they are doing to help out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the amount of vacation time I get to spend at home with my family. I also enjoy the fact that we have so much sick time. It truly comes in handy.
