The encouragement; however, I would like to see more training resources like negotiation skills and closing the deal skills offered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The tiered program has too large of a range between the percentages. Once you get to 15%, it seems the others are almost unattainable. Goals should not be easy, but they should be attainable. Perhaps different tiers based on your length or service or experience would be more encouraging.
