Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I don't believe the comp for this role is in line with the market
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Stacy Bert is an amazing leader and mentor. She takes time and listens, she is objective, and provides feedback
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
for the most part the culture is positive. When it is negative, it is extremely toxic and negative. I would say the most positive piece for me, again would be Stacy Bert and her leadership style
