I am always telling friends and family how much I love working for this company. But the thing I usually talk about the most is how much I adore our managers. I'm not sure I could do this job as well if I didn't have their support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports each other really well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their communication and training are the best I've experienced with any employer
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That even if an assignment is cancelled mid contract I still get paid for the weeks they have worked and I'm not totally out of luck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This job is extremely challenging and I think I would still be successful but the fact that leadership and my co workers are so supportive when things get hard makes a huge difference. I'm not overwhelming anxious when I start work each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy that my managers allow me to work in way that fits my personality. They don't micromanage and trust that I want and will do the best i can. And when i do something wrong they don't belittle me and instead they give me constructive criticism
