So much restructuring, all the time. It's awful. I loved it when I first started, and it's gone down-hill. Any trust for I have for CCH's leadership has vanished. You only care about your bottom line and don't care who you screw over in the process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base and annual raises to keep up with inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are amazing. ERGs have been a great addition to the culture here as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazing people and team members. I know I can count on them for anything and vice-versa.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Please fire Stacy Dean and get her out of Education. The work environment is now toxic and I hate working here. She's a dictator, not a leader. I can't imagine getting on an all-call and saying verbatim, "If these changes don't resonate with you, please put in your resignation."
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CCH Leadership needs to drastically change how they are treating their employees. You don't care about us. We are just numbers to you. My entire recruiting division at CCE is organizing a walk out because of Stacy Dean and her all-call on 12/2. You can do better, CCH. You are just choosing not to.
