When I came to Cross Country five years ago, I had left a job that I was at for 24 years. It was not my choice to leave my job but it was my choice to join the Cross Country team.

I am happy for the opportunity to work here. I am getting older and am looking to stay as long as possible.

at this time, working from home

They are there whenever I need them to step in.

Never thought I would say this but working from home is the GREATEST.

At this time, the fact that we work from home is what makes me happy.

I know that they are there for me and are always willing to listen / help.

My manager and I communicate when necessary. She has helped me though a very difficult year.

I do love our benefits but I feel the price going up every single year is a bit annoying and frustrating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home. While some people find it easy to have fun with the rest of the company remotely, I have not figured that out yet. My home is my environment and that is all good.
