What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cross Country cares about us and guides us. That's really all I could ever ask for in a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hear we are soon receiving Commision. This will help big time. I do not at all feel undervalued though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The UMass team is a true team. We help each other, care for each other, and all around work as a team. This team makes me laugh, and puts a smile on my face daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss (Amy Tomlinson) is truly the ideal boss. She CARES. Not only about the job but me as a person. That's extremely rare to find in a boss, but I am incredibly thankful to have her as my leader.
