My company is GREAT! Things have changed recently, and now there is so much required that attitudes are bad and its a very negative environment.

They are all HARD Workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am transferring departments next week and I am so looking forward to the new position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly my current team are not very positive. They are so overworked and having to do to many things. It is very challenging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In todays world with inflation I believe it would be good to have a cost of living increase. I do think we have Great PTO, Sick and Vacation leave.
