I like the EAP best
I work for the money.
They clearly outline CCH goals and progress in a timely manner.
My motivation is the pay. I was initially excited to work for CCH but I am not excited about the department I work in.
As a whole CCH appears to be invested in all of their employee's well-being and offering quality benefits and perks to working with the organization, including allowing us to work remotely.
They can choose to remember that not everyone has been with CCH for 2+ years. Due to the fact that there is absolutely no training manual available, I have no point of reference when I need to complete a task or have a question. I ALWAYS have to rely on my coworkers to respond and assist me.
