This company is innovative in its design and implementation of ideas. I love the ever-changing growth here; it just keeps getting better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All 3 of us are team players, who love to pitch in and get things done. I never doubt that they're working just as hard as I am, and I'm thankful for them every single day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never worked anywhere else before, where I felt like the company was actually invested in me and my future success, like CCH does. I feel like this company is loyal to me, and not just the other way around. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure for JAMS. I'm able to not only fully support my family as a single mom, but to give my kids a life I never even dreamed of. Here if you work hard, your hard work is rewarded. I'm so thankful for this opportunity!
