I started in a very different role here. I would say my experience has been very positive as when I expressed that I didn't feel the role I was hired for fit me very well they worked to find a place for me where my hard work could shine. Not many companies would value their employees like that.

What I like best about the leadership team is that it really feels like they listen and respect us as employees. I know they do what they can to help us succeed.

What makes me the most happy at work is knowing that what we do makes an impact. It really motivates me to work hard knowing that we are helping people across the country.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we really work together and help each other succeed. There is not a day that goes by where I don't look forward to coming into work and interacting with them.
