I think the challenge each day brings. Being empowered to be creative and innovative to create a best in case organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe CCH could do a better job assessing the market nationwide, versus the state they are located, and adjust compensation appropriately.
