Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
like i said i love the work and the environment, along with the ability to work remote, but the lay offs are getting to be a little much, it makes you wonder if its ever going to stop or what the end goal is for the company if they keep getting rid of assets that work for them.

Being home/remote and not commuting

they do the best of their ability to get us contracts

They don't micromanage they show that they know you know how to do your job

i love the work and the ability to be remote, i just am nervous of the uncertainty of the lay offs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its super concerning there continues to be lay offs every 30-60 days & that the annual raise is only a few cents. not enough to make a difference or make us feel valued

A pay increase especially with the cost of living and inflation. Though we have the benefit of working from home we still work hard and i believe even a couple dollars would make a huge difference in employees wanting to do even more!
