I loved my job when I started but the last year it has gone down hill

we work together and help each other out
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay and expectations-give us a raise and do something about it-you send out all these surveys but nothing gets done about it so whats the point
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are expected to do more than what we were hired for and dont get compensated for it. Our bonuses are a joke and insult since they changed them/not fair. we need paid more for what is expected. Cooperate doesnt think about the smaller branches compared to the bigger ones and we work just as hard
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give us a cost of living raise and a raise for the extra they are putting on us. Expects us to do other jobs that we weren't hired for and don't have time for. we dont get paid enough for what they are wanting us to do and we cant do what is expected the right way. to many cheifs that arent needed
