Performing functions of Account manager they get a higher pay

I have addressed my concerns over several months in surveys & with upper management really no improvement
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not micromanaging allow me to complete my duties without having to reply back in Teams messages every 10-15 minutes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much negativity people this place with constant pinging in teams messenger makes my anxiety go up & hard to focus on work

I have worked here almost year haven't got a increase in my salary. My commission check continues to decrease over the months.
What makes you most happy at work?
With my jobs besides pay I like that I'm in position that helps out others with finding work also helping in the healtcare industry
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micromanaging needs to stop & people in upper management with talking down to others needs to stop as well. Too much negativity in this environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Micromanaging needs to stop, I feel like were a number not valued as person, aggressive behavior towards each other needs to stop. People not minding their own business
