Not being paid for a leadership position when you have been trusted to take that leadership role. Being promoted should come with a raise in your yearly salary and commission, not just a raise in commission.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small team, but it makes us that more close and supportive of each other. There is nothing more important to our team than being as successful as we can to make Cross Country successful.
