Ability to work remotely. I know what I need to do and I am given the freedom to do it.

My department team supervisors and manager are excellent! They are very caring and approachable. Willing to help and solve problems when needed, but do not micromanage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being able to work remotely in my position. The fact that I am given the freedom to get my tasks done how it works for me is fantastic!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our health insurance I have to take a name brand prescription and the insurance does not cover. I feel that the wage increases are minimal given the cost of living. PTO hourly accumulation is low compared to other companies.
