Taking the time to do documentation and not being so fast and furious. We are doing things fast but not correctly. Too much rework.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received a job promotion in title but not compensation. Management has spoken to me about a pay raise multiple times but has not followed through.
