I appreciate the flexibility and remote work opportunities but it is a job that I wake up every day and am worried of being laid off. I also have a hard time with the expectation to work over time with very little payout for doing so.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job postings list a competitive salary however, when compared to other large healthcare recruitment companies we are paid 40k less for just our base.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Higher pay for what is being asked. Salary barely covers bills. Management is never available to assist for urgent matters unless it's in their best interest.
