Unfortunatley I have suffered a lot in the time I've worked here. Managers are constantly mentioning that if our contracts do not renew we might be out of jobs. I try to maintain positivity, but my morale is extremley low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they say they're invested in our growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the enviroment is that its remote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have team members who maintain a positive attitude even in tough circumstances.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that we are paid fairly for the work we do. I can not provide for my family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have so much anxiety that I will be another employee who gets fourloughed. I dont feel I have a bright future because of the consistent lay offs in the organization, and it worries me that I wont be able to provide for ny family. I also do not feel there is a proper careerr path for success.
