I miss the company's atmosphere before being remote. We used to get early release, parties, food and champagne/mimosas. There was no micromanagement. Now we never get early release, we are asked to stay after hours and Saturdays are mandatory. WAY TOO MUCH MICROMANAGMENT and special events are rare.

When I hit my goals so I feel more confident that I still have a chance to stay with the company

Special Events which seems like we could use more of like we used to do games more than just once a year
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, the turnaround time here is scary so there doesn't feel like any job security. Understanding how the compensation works would help.
