We have been dedicated to our department and working tirelessly to make this department what it is today; an immense improvement to what it was 2 years ago
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are in constant fear that we are going to be laid off and spend hours training those who might just be our replacements. There is no room for growth here and it is extremely discouraging.
