A culture and caring environment and people being held accountable to know and do their part in our shared success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be making more base salary in line with the current market. My comp plan is pretty good, but my annual salary really should be at least $20K higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
EVERYONE on my team is there to help support others on my team whenever we need. I have put a lot of effort into creating a culture of helpfulness and caring about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment at CCH encourages to speak up and communicate, especially when there is an issue brewing. Alert everyone before it becomes a larger issue and we can all help to fix it.
