Be clear on the state of the company, communicating on what the future of the company is, better structure, fairer compensation for team members not salws roles, putting executives who have experience in the right departments, consulting with deparment leaders on what they need as far as technology,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my department of compliance we dont recieve any bonuses or commission but we are as invested in hcps starting just as much as recruiters, adr, program/account managers/ junior account managers etc a lot of people in these role get base pay plus commission while compliance just gets base pay
