I was recently laid of and rehired so I am skeptical about working for the company with fear of being laid off again. The pay is not great, but I enjoy the flexibility of working from home and having an amazing team to work with each and every day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a family. Working hard, cheerful banter, constant encouragement, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well together and communicates needs efficiently. We have a fun, hard working team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better base pay. As a Staffing Specialist, we are expected to do compiance, recruiting, staffing, and more and the base pay is too low. Other staffing companies pay a few dollars more an hour on top of their commission structure than what Cross Country pays their employees.
