It started out really well, then things started to change and go downhill. I am not paid adequately as the others are, management started to be micromanaging. Which I think comes along w/new people not knowing their job.

Just doing my job and finding other people jobs.

getting paid equal to everyone else that is in my position.

we all work together and try to bring everyone together and up everyone's spirits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, this will point out exactly who I am, however, a raise. I am the lowest paid recruiter. No raise in 3years. Def. don't feel valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
well, new managers are micro managing, and that has never been a think w/CC. Also w/a minimal sales dept. I think all leadership should be helping get new clients, so no more lay offs happen.
