I love my job. Its enjoyable, the people are great, and I honestly enjoy what I do. However, my feeling of security with the company is very low. I feel like Iam very good at my job and an asset, but with the last 5 layoffs I still feel uneasy about my position and if I will have a job each day.

Everyone is helpful, assist each other, always uplifting and resourceful. They are a joy to be around, even if only through a computer
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my Manager. She is very clear and transparent with us. She is very helpful, knowledgabel, all about making things smooth and seamless. She acknowledges your wins and lets you know what needs to be worked on. She is a great example of a leader.
