My overall experience has been good. There has been a lot of changes lately which is making my job more challenging. Our Cares Team was taken away so it will slow everything down.

I like working from home and not being micromanaged.

We have been giving more responsibilities with no extra pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lee is a great leader. Most of my team are team players.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe they want us all to succeed. I do think they are piling on a lot of expectations this year though.
