Leadership team is always checking to make sure we are all doing well and if we need help, they are there to help out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We speak to each other on our weekly meetings. We get together at the corporate office on events and we have a team chat in which we celebrate events and communicate with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate almost all the holidays, have contest/ games/ Gift cards. Company Shirts/ hats/cups , etc. They celebrate Black history month, Hispanic heritage and for us to tell a little about ourselves and our history.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get along with my Leadership/ my co-workers. If I have any questions, I can always get answers from my Leadership and team leads. If I have an emergency, they are very understanding and tell us our health to this company is always first.
