Now that I've been here for 2 years, it feel like family. I mean I see these guys every day, I've been doing life with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide more jobs so that we can put more HP's to work and make more money. If we have Candidates, and no jobs, we can't make money. HIRE MORE BD REPS
